# Unable to enter Apple Password while turning on Family Control Permissions - Troubleshooting

Some users have reported that they are facing issues while trying to turn on Family Control Permissions for ScreenCoach in Apple Screen Time.

**1. Issue Faced - While trying to turn on or turn off ScreenCoach inside Screen Time, the pop up that comes up to enter Apple Parent ID password disappears quickly, not allowing to enter the password.**

Solution:

**First, turn on/turn off Family Controls, Open ScreenCoach app and following these steps:**
1. Pick up the Child device where you face this issue
2. Switch to Parent user
3. Tap Settings in the bottom right
4. Go to App Settings
5. Turn Off the options below App Blocking - Tap on the Green Tick (if it is already there) to turn it off.

The pop-up disappearing, is an Apple side issue and the issue is not about ScreenCoach. But we can suggest you some quick workarounds reported by few users who has reported the same issue.

1. Try to restart your device and then go to ScreenTime controls to turn on ScreenCoach
2. Try connecting a Bluetooth keyboard to enter the password
3. Check if there is an iOS update available and update the same. Check after the update if that fixes the issue.
