ScreenCoach Box - Things to know before ordering
Before requesting a ScreenCoach Box, here are a few helpful things to keep in mind so you know exactly what to expect:
- Try the ScreenCoach app first
We recommend using the ScreenCoach app before ordering the ScreenCoach Box, to make sure the ScreenCoach solution works well for your family and your needs.
- Limited availability
The ScreenCoach Box is currently offered as a beta hardware product and is available in limited quantities, with only a small number of units in stock.
- Shipping outside Australia & New Zealand
The ScreenCoach Box is officially supported in Australia and New Zealand. International shipping may be available on request.
- Electrical safety information
The ScreenCoach Box meets electrical safety standards in Australia and New Zealand. While all internal components individually meet recognised safety standards and the device is designed to be safe, it has not yet been certified for electrical standards in other countries. By ordering outside Australia or New Zealand, customers agree to accept any local regulatory considerations.
- Power and charging
The ScreenCoach Box is powered via micro-USB and can be used with any standard micro-USB cable. A USB power adapter is not included, and we recommend using an adapter with slightly higher output than basic USB chargers for operation. 5 Volts AND 3 Amp are required
- Returns and shipping costs
If you choose to return the ScreenCoach Box for any reason, return shipping to Australia will need to be covered by the customer.
