# ScreenCoach Box Information

The ScreenCoach hardware box is an optional additional purchase that will manage a supported TV and anything connected to it - such as a Gaming Console (eg. Playstation or Xbox), streaming services, and apps on the TV itself.

**Note** that it doesn't differentiate between different content on the TV, it is total TV time per user session.

You need to subscribe to the software (Screencoach app ) first, and then if you'd like to purchase a ScreenCoach box for US$139  (approx. AU$200 ) plus postage.

Existing ScreenCoach subscribers can purchase the ScreenCoach Box here [https://products.myscreencoach.com/hardware-upgrade](https://products.myscreencoach.com/hardware-upgrade)
This page also has a video about the ScreenCoach box.

This is ${color}[#df1616](currently a Beta product), however, and is well tested and works well on ~70% of TVs

If you have an unsupported TV, it would be treated like a computer monitor and you can only manage a single device such as one PlayStation,  Xbox Apple TV, or Google TV. We expect at least 70% of TV to be supported, it depends on your  TV support industry standards.

If you have a Nintendo Switch connected to the TV, we can manage that with ScreenCoach box.
If the Nintendo switch is used as a handheld device, we will not be able to manage it. No third party system can manage it when it is used as a handheld gaming device - you can however add manual sessions afterwards based on the previous days usage.

Currently, we are only shipping Australia & New Zealand, however, if you are desperate for the ScreenCoach box and are outside of Australia, please contact [support@myscreencoach.com](mailto:support@myscreencoach.com)
