How to set up ScreenCoach if we are watching a family movie?

You can choose how you handle this. For a family movie, many parents are happy to give that time to the child outside of their allocated time for the day.

In this case, you can do one of several things:

• You can log in as yourself (the parent), and then it won’t take any of your children’s time. Remember to log out and log in as the child user after you complete watching the movie.

• You can make this device a shared device from the "Device List." Refer to Shared Devices FAQ

• You can grant an access pass until the movie ends. This will give temporary access until the set time. If you want no time to be counted during the movie, then set it to "Free Time." Refer to How to Grant an Access Pass FAQ

• You can also create a mode called "Movie" and set the days and access times for it. Like Sundays and Saturdays, 3 pm to 7 pm for family movies. Refer to How to set up Modes & Access Times.
