# How to manage Notifications via the web Portal?


**The ScreenCoach apps need to be open all the time to be able to track the time used etc.** 

**When the app is running and it's online you will not receive any notifications.**

**Managing notifications on the Web:**

* Go to [https://manage.myscreencoach.com/](https://manage.myscreencoach.com/)
* Sign in with your credentials
* Click on the three dots from the User's card, choose "User settings"

* Once you are in, go to Notifications tab
* Here you will be able to view all the options for managing the Notification. 
* You may choose the appropriate selections, like setting the time intervals, offline notification delay and many more.
