How to Link a Device to your ScreenCoach Account with QR Code


To manage a device with ScreenCoach, you need to link the device to your ScreenCoach account.



Here is how you do it.


  1. Click on “Account – Sign in.”
  2. You will see a screen like this the image below.
  3. For a quicker login, you can use the the QR Code option below the sign-in form and scan it using the Parent device.


Note: You can also login with your ScreenCoach credentials or you can use Google/Apple credentials (under the same email address you signed up for ScreenCoach with).

  • You’ll now see a screen like this with a QR Code & a Pairing Code (5 digit Alpha-numeric Code):





Scan QR Code / Enter Pairing Code on Parent Device


  1. Open the camera on your Parent Device & Scan the QR Code displayed on the new device.
  2. This will auto-launch ScreenCoach app and will link the new device.


If the above step does not work for any reason, follow this:


  1. Open ScreenCoach parent app on your phone or tablet.
  2. Tap “Settings” from the bottom tab bar.



Parent Device

  1. Tap “Link a New Device.” Choose one of the two methods on this screen:
  • Tap the big button to scan the QR code from the new device you want to add.
  • Or enter the Pairing Code shown on the device (useful if not nearby).




✅ Your new device is now successfully linked to your ScreenCoach Account.
